Our system answers every call in your business name, collects job details, routes emergencies, and sends you the information instantly. No voicemails, no missed jobs.

CSO serves trades businesses across the United States. We're based in Ocala, Florida with a primary focus on Florida, Texas, and the Southeast — but our service is fully nationwide.
No — CSO is designed to complement your team, not replace them. It handles overflow calls, after-hours calls, and calls your staff can't get to while on a job. Your team keeps doing what they do. CSO captures everything they can't.
Setup & Onboarding
48 hours. Once you complete onboarding we configure your agent, set up your call routing, and have you live within two business days. No lengthy setup process, no tech headaches on your end.
Very little. We need your business name, phone number, service area, trade type, and basic call handling preferences (emergency escalation contacts, after-hours instructions, etc.). We build and configure everything else.
No. We forward calls from your existing number to your CSO receptionist, or we can provision a new number that forwards to your current line after hours. Either way your customers always dial the same number they know.
No long-term contracts. CSO is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. The only non-refundable item is the one-time onboarding fee which covers the cost of building and configuring your custom agent.
The one-time onboarding fee covers custom configuration of your AI agent — scripting, voice training, call flow logic, emergency routing, industry-specific knowledge, and integration setup. It's a fixed cost regardless of your plan tier.
How It Works
Della answers in your business name within 3 seconds — 24/7, every call. She identifies the job type, collects the caller's name, number, address, and situation, then sends you a text with the full details. For emergencies she escalates immediately to your on-call contact.
You receive an SMS text immediately after every call with the caller's name, number, job type, and a summary of what they need. You can also access full call transcripts and recordings through your dashboard.
Yes — on Pro and above plans, Della can collect preferred appointment times and confirm scheduling based on your availability windows. She communicates your schedule to callers and sends you the booking details by text.
Della is fully bilingual — English and Spanish. She detects the caller's language from their first words and responds in the same language for the entire call. No switching mid-conversation unless the caller does first.
Della identifies emergency situations — no AC in extreme heat, active flooding, gas smell, dangerous lockout situations — and immediately escalates to your designated emergency contact via call or text. Routine calls get scheduled without interrupting you.
Yes — on Pro plans and above, CSO automatically sends a personalized SMS with a direct Google review link after every completed job. Most clients average 40–60 new Google reviews within their first 60 days.
Pricing
Your first full month of service is completely free on every plan. You pay the one-time onboarding fee to get configured and go live — then your first month of call answering costs nothing. Billing starts in month two.
Overage is billed at $0.18 per minute beyond your plan's included minutes. You'll never be cut off mid-month — Della keeps answering and you receive an invoice for any overage at the end of the billing period.
Yes — you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes — the Nights & Weekends plan at $197/mo covers Mon–Fri 6pm–8am plus all day Saturday and Sunday. It's built for businesses that already have daytime staff but need after-hours coverage. Includes 150 min/mo at $0.18/min overage.
Technical
CSO uses Retell AI for voice processing, Twilio for telephony, and Zapier for workflow automation. The underlying AI is GPT-4 class. This stack gives us sub-3-second response times and extremely natural conversation quality.
Call transcripts and recordings are stored securely through Retell AI's enterprise infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your call data with third parties.
Yes — every call generates a full transcript and recording accessible through your dashboard. You can review any call, export transcripts, and use them to improve service quality or resolve disputes.
Yes. During onboarding we configure Della with your business name, service area, pricing (if you want it shared), emergency contacts, scheduling preferences, and any specific call handling instructions. She's trained to represent your business, not a generic template.
Della is configured to handle the vast majority of inbound calls for your trade. If a caller asks something outside her training, she politely lets them know someone will follow up and collects their contact info so you can call back. No caller is left without a next step.
