About CSO

Professional call coverage is one part of the system, but CSO can also support customer follow-up, local presence, social media scheduling, customer marketing, alerts, and dashboard visibility depending on the selected plan.
No. Professional call coverage is an important part of CSO, but the broader service is designed around the systems behind customer response and growth. Depending on plan, that can include follow-up workflows, social media management, Google Business Profile management, SMS customer marketing, alerts, and dashboard visibility.
CSO currently focuses on eight service trades: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Locksmiths, Towing, Water Damage Restoration, and Appliance Repair.
No. CSO is designed to support the systems around your team. It can provide professional coverage when your staff cannot answer and can manage applicable follow-up, visibility, and customer-growth workflows so your employees can stay focused on the business.
No. CSO is positioned as a managed service. You provide the business rules, preferences, approvals, and account access required for the services you select. CSO configures and supports the applicable workflows behind them.
Call Coverage & Della
Della is CSO's configured voice agent used for professional call coverage. She can represent the business using the approved information, call-handling rules, service area, escalation instructions, and other details established during onboarding.
No. Della is an AI voice agent. CSO configures her to follow the business information and call-handling rules approved during onboarding.
Yes. Professional call coverage is the foundation of the current CSO core plans. The schedule, capacity, and additional capabilities vary by plan.
When a call is routed to CSO, Della can answer using the business name, gather relevant caller and service details, follow the approved routing or escalation rules, and log the activity. Notifications and next-step handling depend on the client's setup and service plan.
Yes, when configured for the client's service plan and operating rules. Emergency or urgent situations can follow the escalation instructions established by the business during onboarding.
English and Spanish call handling can be configured for the CSO voice workflow.
Appointment and scheduling support depends on the service plan, the client's availability rules, and the scheduling workflow configured during onboarding.
No. CSO does not require you to replace the business number customers already know. Calls can be routed or forwarded into the CSO workflow according to the approved setup. Number porting is not required for the standard onboarding path.

Current included minutes, onboarding fees, and feature details are listed on the Pricing page.
The first full month of service is complimentary under the current promotion and is fully earned after three consecutive paid monthly billing periods. The one-time onboarding fee is still due. If service ends before the complimentary month is fully earned, the applicable Terms of Service govern any usage charge or other amount due.
CSO core plans are month-to-month with no early termination fee. The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable. The current Terms of Service control cancellation details and any conditions tied to the complimentary-month promotion.
Current core-plan overage is $0.30 per minute beyond the included monthly allowance. The Pricing page shows the current minute allowance for each plan.
Yes. A client can request a plan change. The client decides whether to move to a higher or lower plan; CSO can explain available options but does not require an upgrade simply because other features exist.

Setup & Onboarding
CSO collects the business and operating information needed for the services being configured. That can include the business name, owner or decision-maker information, contact details, trade, service area, business hours, call-handling preferences, escalation contacts, scheduling rules, and the account access needed for any visibility or marketing services purchased.
The one-time onboarding fee covers the setup work required for the selected service plan. The exact work can include call-flow configuration, business rules, routing, service information, integrations, account setup, and other plan-specific configuration. Onboarding fees vary by plan or standalone service.
Production setup follows the CSO verification process. CSO confirms the required onboarding information and verified payment status before client creation and provisioning proceed.
Go-live timing depends on the services selected, the completeness of onboarding information, payment verification, required account access, and any carrier or platform approvals. CSO begins configuration after the required verification steps are complete.
No. Number porting is not required. Clients can keep their existing carrier number and use the approved call-forwarding or routing setup.
CSO can send the setup information back for correction before provisioning is completed. Corrections are reviewed so the configured system reflects the client's approved business information.
Data, Access & Technical
Client dashboard visibility is available according to the client's plan and configuration. The dashboard is designed to give the business owner a clear view of relevant activity without requiring them to manage the underlying systems.
CSO uses the business information provided during onboarding to configure and operate the services selected by the client. Access and operational handling are limited to the purposes needed to provide those services and to the terms governing the client relationship.
Yes. The call workflow can be configured around the client's approved business name, services, service area, hours, escalation contacts, scheduling preferences, and call-handling instructions.
The workflow should not invent business information. When an approved answer is not available, the call flow can collect the caller's details and move the request to the next appropriate step based on the client's configuration.
Yes. CSO needs the appropriate authorized business access for the accounts it is asked to manage. The exact access depends on the service selected and the platform involved.
The current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the service relationship, promotional terms, privacy obligations, and other legal details.
